Our High Protein Instant Soup contains 85% meat powder and has a shelf life of one year. A single serving weighs 25 grams, the equivalent of two tablespoons and contains: meat powder, Himalayan salt, xanthan gum, collagen powder and one dried lime slice – optional for flavouring. All these are diabetic-friendly ingredients.

Serving Suggestions: For added texture, the soup can be served with: Cauliflower Rice , Noodles , Low Carb Croutons or Vegetables.

Preparation: To prepare one soup, we recommend mixing 25 g of powder with 400 ml of boiled water. 25g – the equivalent of two serving spoons.
